9.2.3.2 ZSI modülü
Fonksiyon
Devre kesicinin bir ZSI modülüyle (Zaman gecikmeli Selektivite
Kumandası) kombinasyonu, birden çok kademe düzeyli şalt tesisle-
rinde ortaya çıkan bir kısa devrenin yerinin tam olarak belirlenme-
sine olanak sağlar.
Bu amaçla, tüm devre kesiciler kendi ZSI modülü üzerinden birbi-
rine bağlanır.
Kısa devre ve/veya toprak kaçağı durumunda, içinden kısa devre
akımı geçen her devre kesici, kısa devre ve/veya toprak kaçağının
bir sonraki alt kademe düzeyinde de ortaya çıkıp çıkmadığını, doğ-
rudan sonraki devre kesiciden sorgular. Sadece, enerji akış
yönünde bakıldığında, kısa devre veya toprak kaçağının önünde
bulunan en yakın devre kesici tetiklenir.
Devre kesici kısa devre durumunda sonraki bir devre kesiciden ZSI-
IN blokaj sinyali almıyorsa, kısa devre tetiklemesinin ayarlanan
gecikme süresi t
, ZSI modülündeki "S" veya "S+G" şalter pozisyo-

nunda 50 msn olarak ayarlanır. Bir kısa devre algılanması duru-
munda, ön konumdaki devre kesiciye bir ZSI-OUT blokaj sinyali

ter pozisyonunda 100 msn olarak ayarlanır. Bir toprak kaçağı algı-
lanması durumunda, ön konumdaki
devre kesiciye bir ZSI-OUT blokaj sinyali gönderilir. Fakat toprak
kaçağı tetiklemesi, en erken 100 msn, tipik olarak 130 ...140 msn
sonra gerçekleşir.
Güvenlik amacıyla en fazla 3 sn sonra, yayınlanan bir ZSI-OUT blo-
kaj sinyali sonlandırılır.
SENTRON WL devre kesicinin ZSI modülü, 3WN ve 3WS devre
kesicinin ZSI modülü ve SENTRON VL ile fonksiyon açısından
uyumludur.

Quitting the test mode
Do not press the "TEST" button for approximately 30 seconds.
If all LED's are on, the test mode is already quitted after about 1 s.
9.2.3.2 ZSI-module
Function
If the circuit breaker is combined with a ZSI-module, a short-circuit
occurring in systems with several grading levels can be localised
precisely.
For this purpose, all circuit breakers are interconnected via their
ZSI-modules.
When a short-circuit or ground-fault occurs, each circuit breaker
affected by the short-circuit or ground-fault current queries its
downstream circuit breaker to determine whether the short-circuit or
ground-fault is present in the next downstream grading level. In the
direction of the energy flow, only the circuit breaker nearest to the
short-circuit or ground-fault in the upstream direction is tripped.
A possible delay time setting t
50 ms if "S" or "S+G" is selected on the ZSI module and if in the
event of short-circuit the circuit breaker does not receive a blocking
signal ZSI-IN sent from its downstream circuit breaker. In case of a
detected short-circuit a blocking signal ZSI-OUT will be sent to the
preceeding circuit breakers. The trip does take place after 50 ms. It
typically delays between 80 and 90 ms.
A possible delay time setting for the ground-fault tripping is set to
100 ms if "G" or "S+G" is selected on the ZSI module and if in the
event of ground-fault the circuit breaker does not receive a blocking
signal ZSI-IN sent from its downstream circuit breaker.
In case of a detected ground-fault a blocking signal ZSI-OUT will
sent to the preceeding circuit breakers. The trip does take place
after 100 ms. It typically delays between 130 and 140 ms.
For safety reason after a maximum delay time of 3 s a given blok-
king signal ZSI-OUT is terminated.
The ZSI-module of the circuit breaker SENTRON WL is function-
compatible with the ZSI-module of the circuit breakers 3WN and
3WS as well as the MCCB SENTRON VL.

Only one ZSI-module can be connected per circuit breaker.
If the ZSI-module is used together with other c-modules,
the ZSI-module must be connected directly to the COM15 or
COM16 module or hand plug X8.
