Check procedures/corrective measures
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
LSU fan motor and engine PWB (YC12)
Replace the LSU fan motor.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
ISU motor and Engine PWB (YC34)
Check if the rollers and gears rotate smoothly. If not,
grease the bushes and gears. Check for broken gears and
replace if any.
Replace the ISU motor.
Replace the Engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
Paper feed clutch 1 and engine PWB (YC3)
Paper feed clutch 2 and engine PWB (YC17)
Replace the paper feed clutch.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
Registration clutch and engine PWB (YC13)
Replace the registration clutch.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
Duplex clutch and engine PWB (YC13)
Replace the duplex clutch.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the
connector cable. If none, replace the cable.
Middle clutch and engine PWB (YC17)
Replace the middle clutch.
Replace the engine PWB and check for correct operation
(see page 1-5-58).
