On the print dialog box, select the Color Options panel.

From Color Mode, select Color Print.

From Print Cartridge, select White.
4.
From Print Mode, select your preferred setting.

Select when black Print Cartridge is loaded in printer.
Black Finish may be set when selecting Color Print as the Color Mode.
NOTE
When printing with black Print Cartridge loaded, please also set Media Type
and CMYK.

This setting is used when a black Print Cartridge is loaded in the printer.
This function can be used when Color Print is selected as the Color Mode and when Black
is set as the Print Cartridge.
Composite Black (CMYK)
Synthesizes black using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black toner. Ideal for photos.
True Black (K)
Prints black using black toner only. Ideal for diagrams and documents.
NOTE
Only black toner is used when Gray Scale Print (White/Black) is selected
as the Color Mode, regardless of Black Finish settings.
