Procedure

Align the screw holes on the touch pad with the screw holes on the palm-rest assembly.

Replace the four screws (M2x2) that secure the touch pad to the palm-rest assembly.
3
Adhere the tapes that secure the touch-pad assembly to the palm-rest assembly.
4
Slide the touch-pad cable into the connector on the touch-pad assembly and close the latches to secure the cable.
5
Align the screw holes touch-pad bracket with the screw holes on the palm-rest assembly.
6
Replace the three screws (M2x3) that secure the touch-pad bracket to the palm-rest assembly.

Replace the battery.
