Discharge Pipe Temperature Control

Method of Error
An error is determined with the temperature detected by the discharge pipe thermistor.
Detection
Error Decision
 If the temperature detected by the discharge pipe thermistor rises above A, the compressor
Conditions
 The error is cleared when the discharge pipe temperature has dropped below B.
 If the error repeats, the system is shut down.
 Reset condition: Continuous run for about 60 minutes without any other error

15/18/24 class
 If the frequency drops, the temperature is lowered in compensation.

 Defective discharge pipe thermistor
Causes
 Defective electronic expansion valve or coil
 Refrigerant shortage
 Defective four way valve
 Water mixed in refrigerant
 Defective stop valve
 Defective outdoor unit PCB
