Finalizing the Installation
FOR REAR VENT APPLICATIONS WITH NO VERTICAL RISE ONLY
When using a rear vent configuration with no vertical rise (see page 26) remove and discard the exhaust
restrictor and install the exhaust deflector (included with the fireplace) as shown below.

Install the exhaust
deflector using the
screws removed
earlier. Note how it
angles upwards and
fits into the exhaust
box.
