Copy Settings

Setting a Leading/Trailing Edge Margin

You can set a margin on the leading or trailing edge of the copy when you use
Roll Feeder in the Synchro Cut mode. When using the bypass table, and Preset/
Variable Cut mode you can only set the trailing edge margin.

You can set up to a 99mm, 4.0" margin in 1mm, 0.1" steps on either the lead-
ing or trailing edge.
When you set a leading margin, the copy image is shifted to the trailing edge.
The copy image is shifted to the trailing edge, when you make a copy using
the bypass table, or in the Preset Cut mode, Variable Cut mode.

Press the { { { { Function Select} } } } key until the Leading Edge or Trailing Edge indi-
cator is lit.
B
Press the { { { { +} } } } key and { { { { } } } } key to specify an edge margin.
Note
To clear the value, press the {Clear/Stop} key.
C
If you want to set both margins, press the Function select key and specify
the other margin.
