When to call for service
If any of the following conditions occur, turn off your unit immediately and contact your installer or
Rinnai.
• There is a burning smell coming from the unit
• The unit emits loud or abnormal sounds
• A circuit breaker or fuse has blown
• Water leaks from the safety drain
• Parts are ejected out of the unit
• Foreign objects fall into the unit
• If the unit has been exposed to water or flooding

Make sure all doors and windows are
closed during use
