    Installation 1. Remove the plastic protection cap from the threaded gas inlet located at the rear of the appliance. 2. Position the appliance gas inlet in line with the gas supply. 3. Attach the gas supply pipe to the appliance gas inlet and tighten (finger tight). 4.

    It is the responsibility of the installer to check that all the flue gases are exhausted to the atmosphere and that there is no spillage of combustion gases into the room. If the appliance cannot be made to perform correctly, please contact Rinnai. Burning in period Advise the customer that during the initial burning in period of approximately two hours some vapour and smell may come from the heater, this is normal.
