6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible cause
The battery is depleted.
The cord is broken.
Only one pad is attached.

There is too much hair on your

The gels were stored under
the high temperature, high
humidity or direct sunshine.
The device or the AC adapter
may be damaged.

The cord is not connected to
the device properly.
The adhesive surface of gels
are dirty or dry.

Solution
Charge the battery fully.
Replace the cord with pads.
Place two pads on your skin at
the same time.
Charge the battery fully.
Peel off the film from the
adhesive surface of the gel.
Air dry the adhesive surface of
the gel or skin.
Replace the gel.
Shave the immediate area for
proper gel adhesion.
The gels are unable to be
used because of the storage
condition. Replace both gels.
Unplug the AC adapter from
the electrical outlet and the
cord plug from the device
immediately.
Reattach detached pad(s) onto
the skin firmly.
Peel off the film on the
adhesive surface of the gel.
Connect the cord plug
correctly into the cord jack at
the bottom of the device.
Replace the gels.
