4. Print a network connection report from your product.
5. On the computer, open a web browser and enter your product's IP address from the network
connection report.
6. Log in to Web Config using the administrator password
7. Select Network Settings > Wired LAN.
8. Select OFF for IEEE 802.3az. and click Next.
9. Click OK and remove the Ethernet cable connecting the computer and your product.
10. If you disabled IEEE 802.3az for your computer's network adapter, enable it.
11. Reconnect the Ethernet cables from the router or access point to your computer and product.
If problems still occur, other devices on the network may be causing them.

Cannot Print Over a Network

If you cannot print over a network, try these solutions:
• Make sure that your product is turned on.
• Make sure you install your product's network software as described in your product documentation.
• Make sure that the latest version of your product's Epson printer driver is installed. If a genuine Epson
printer driver is not installed, the available functions are limited. To check if a genuine Epson printer
driver is installed on your computer, do the following:
Windows: Select Control Panel > View devices and printers (Printers, Printers and Faxes), do
the following to open the print server properties window:
• Windows 11/Windows 10/Windows 8.x/Windows 7/Windows Server 2022/Windows Server
2019/Windows Server 2016/Windows Server 2012 R2/Windows Server 2012/Windows Server
2008 R2: Click the printer icon, and then click Print server properties at the top of the window.
• Windows Vista/Windows Server 2008: Right-click on the Printers folder, and then click Run as
administrator > Server Properties.
• Windows Server 2003 R2/Windows Server 2003: From the File menu, select Server Properties.
Click the Drivers tab. If your printer name is displayed in the list, a genuine Epson printer driver is
installed on your computer.
macOS 10.12.x to 13.x: Select System Preferences from the Apple menu > Printers & Scanners,
Print & Scan, or Print & Fax, and select the printer. Click Options & Supplies. If the Options and
Utility tabs are displayed in the window, a genuine Epson printer driver is installed on your computer.
