4-10. Boards Replacement
4-10-3. LE-225 Board
1. Disconnect the power cords.
2. Remove the front panel. (Refer to Section 4-2-1.)
3. Remove the cover. (Refer to Section 4-2-2.)
4. Remove the two screws (PSW3 x 6), and the two
screws (PS3 x 6), and remove the chassis panel in the
direction of the arrow.
5. Remove the two screws supplied and the two screws
(PSW3 x 6) and LE-225 board from the chassis panel.
6. Disconnect the connector (CN1) of the harness
connected to the LE-225 board.

Be careful not to lose the washer of the lot nut screw.

7. For installation, perform the removal procedures in
reverse order.

4-10-4. MB Board Assembly

It is necessary that removing the MB board assembly,
before the AC-205, MB-755A and MB-756 boards are
removed.
1. Disconnect the power cords.
2. Remove the cover. (Refer to Section 4-2-2.)
3. Remove the screws (BVTT3 x 6) on the optional
boards, then remove the all optional boards.
4. Remove the four screws (BVTT3 x 6) and SPG-15A
board.

5. Remove the SY-283 board. (Refer to Section 4-10-8.)
6. Remove the PU-113 board. (Refer to Section 4-10-9.)
7. Remove the fan motor unit. (Refer to Section 4-7-2.)
8. Remove the front panel. (Refer to Section 4-2-1.)
9. Remove the power supply unit. (Refer to Section 4-5.)
10. Remove the all HDD units. (Refer to Section 4-6.)
11. Remove the power guide. (Refer to Section 4-10-2.)
12. Remove the IF positioning bracket. (Refer to Section
4-10-2.)
13. Remove and replace the all IF-678 board. (Refer to
Section 4-10-2.)
