4-7-3. Fan Motor Replacement

Fan motor : 1-763-175-11
Removal Procedures
1. Turn the power off.
2. Remove the fan motor unit. (Refer to Section 4-7-2.)
3. Loosen the harness clamper.
4. Remove the four screws, and remove the fan motor.
At this time, the harness clamper is removed with the
fan motor.
5. Disconnect the connector on the LE-193 board.

Installation Procedures
1. Put a new fan motor into the fan case positioning each
as shown in the figure.
2. Connect the connector on the LE-193 board.
. Fan (1) : CN3
. Fan (2) : CN2
3. Tuck the harness into the fan case so that the harness
CN3
does not stick out of the fan case.
4. Tighten the four screws with the harness clamper.
5. When fan (2) is installed, fix the harness with the
harness clamper.
6. Install the fan motor unit. (Refer to Section 4-7-2.)
Confirmation After Replacement
LE-193 board
1. Turn the power on.
2. Make sure that indicator of the fan motor unit lights in
green.
3. Make sure that all of the four fans rotate properly.
(Only when possible)
