The current operating mode is indicated by the
color of the LED.

DIAL knob
Change the frequency or select the memory channel
of the Main-Band.
• In VFO mode, the frequency may be changed in
1MHz increments after pressing the knob.
• In Memory Mode, press and then turn the knob
to select in 10 channel steps.

• Press:
Each key press switches between VFO mode
and memory mode.
When a memory channel is recalled, the memo-
ry channel number is displayed, such as "M-ALL
001". The last operated memory channel is re-
called.
• Press and hold:
Press and hold the key to display the memory
channel list screen.
Writing to memory or recalling and editing of
stored memory channel.

FUNC knob

Display the CFL (Customized Function List)

dividual operating needs and preferences. (Refer
to page 66).
SUB DIAL

of the Sub-Band.

• In Memory Mode, press and then turn the knob
to select in 10 channel steps.
• On the Setup Menu screen, rotate the knob to
scroll through the 17 categories in the Setup
Menu (See below):
