8. Click the [Add] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
Note: An error message appears in the following cases.
• When the caller code input in step 6 is already registered, the message "The
code is already used." appears.
• When the caller name input in step 7 is already registered, the message "The
name is already used." appears.
9. Click the [Close] button to close the message. The registered caller code appears
in the [Caller Code] list.

How to edit caller code

To edit the registered access code or caller name, do the following.
1. Referring to section 6.1, login as an Administrator.
2. Click [Admin], [Telephony Settings], then [Caller Code].
3. Click the [Edit] button on the right side of the caller code to be edited.
4. Edit the caller code and/or caller name.
5. Click the [Save] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
6. Click the [Close] button to close the message.

How to delete caller code

Delete a single caller code, multiple, or all caller codes.
1. Referring to section 6.1, login as an Administrator.
2. Click [Admin], [Telephony Settings], then [Caller Code].
3. Put a [ ] in the box on the left side of the caller code (click the box to add [ ]) to
delete.
To select all caller codes, put a [ ] in the box beside the [Caller Code] title.
4. Click the [Delete] button.
The message "Delete the selected item(s). Are you sure?" appears.
5. Click the [OK] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
6. Click the [Close] button to close the message.
