Anomalies

- The lid does not
close properly.

Causes
- The pressure control valve is blocked
- The air outlet pipe is blocked
- Cooking without any liquid
- The cooker is not level
- The air outlet pipe is blocked
- The pressure cooker is overfilled
- The heat source is too high
- The lid is not fitted correctly
- The heat source is too low ;
- The seal is dirty, damaged or miss-
hapen.
- Not enough water.
- The lid has become misshapen
- Clean the pressure control
valve.
- Clean away any dirt
- Switch the cooker off im-
mediately and remove the
pressure cooker, Reduce
the pressure and check the
pressure cooker.
- Heat the pressure cooker
up on a flat, stable cooker
- Clean away any dirt
- Reduce the filling quantity
- Set the heat source so that
the pressure valve expels
steam.
- Position it correctly
- Turn up the heat
- Clean or replace the seal
- Check the filling quantity.
- Change the lid.
