To re-record certain segments.
PU RPO SE:
1) Make sure the camcorder is in the
O PERATIO N :
Record–Standby mode.
2) Press either RETAKE button to
reach the start point for new
recording. Pressing " F" forwards
the tape and pressing " R" reverses
it.
3) Press Recording Start/Stop Button
to start recording.
Noise may appear during Retake.
N O TE:
This is normal.
FEATU RE: Picture Stabilizer
To compensate for unstable images
PU RPO SE:
caused by camera-shake, particularly
at high magnification.
1) Press P . STABILIZER . "
O PERATIO N :
To switch off the Picture
Stabilizer, press P . STABILIZER .
The indicator disappears.
● Accurate stabilization may not be
N O TES:
possible if hand shake is excessive,
or under the following conditions:
• When shooting subjects with
vertical or horizontal stripes.
• When shooting dark or dim
subjects.
• When shooting subjects with
excessive backlighting.
• When shooting scenes with
movement in various directions.
• When shooting scenes with low-
contrast backgrounds.
● Switch off the Picture Stabilizer
when recording with the
camcorder on a tripod.
