STANDBY/ON button (16)
Sets the T-4555 to On or Standby.

Number buttons (17, 20, 24, 31)
Used to select radio presets by number, and to enter
AM/FM station frequencies and Satellite Radio
channel numbers in Direct Tuning mode.

DIRECT TUNING button (17, 20, 24)

Selects the Direct Tuning mode. With AM and FM,
you can select a station directly by entering its fre-
quency. With Satellite Radio, you can select a sta-

tion directly by entering its channel number.

RETURN button
Returns to the previous display.

Arrow [ ]/[ ]/[ ]/[ ] buttons (19–28, 31)
With AM and FM, the Up and Down [ ]/[ ] but-
tons are used for tuning. With Satellite Radio, the
Up and Down [ ]/[ ] buttons are used to select
channels.
The Left and Right [ ]/[ ] buttons are used to

select category.

PRESET [+]/[–] buttons (30)
Used to select radio presets.

AUTO SCAN button (29, 30)
Starts the Auto Scan function, which selects and
outputs each radio preset in turn for 5 seconds.

BAND button (16, 19)
Used to select radio bands, AM, FM, and so on.

DISPLAY button (21, 25, 29)
Used to view various information on the display.

DIMMER button (7)
Adjusts the display brightness.

ENT and ENTER buttons (19–28, 31)
Used to confirm various functions and settings. Also
used to select secondary multicast channels with
HD Radio stations.

SETUP button (19, 21, 23, 25–27, 31)
Selects Setup mode.

TUNING/CH [ ]/[ ] buttons (16)
With AM and FM, these buttons are used for tuning.
With Satellite Radio, they're used to select stations.

TUNING MODE button (16, 20, 24)
With AM and FM, this button selects the Auto or
Manual tuning mode. With Satellite Radio, it selects
the search modes.
