27.1 STIHL MSA 220.0 T, MSA 220.0 TC

– STIHL AR series
When using a guide bar greater than 12" (30 cm), use of a
STIHL AR series battery or AP battery bag with connecting
cord is not authorized.

The minimum groove depth of a guide bar depends on the
pitch of the guide bar.
– Minimum groove depth for 3/8" PICCO pitch guide bars:
0.197 in. (5 mm)

27.4 Depth Gauge Setting

The depth gauge setting of a saw chain depends on the pitch
of the chain.
– Depth gauge setting for 3/8" PICCO pitch chains:
0.026 in. (0.65 mm)

27.5 Symbols on the Chain Saw
