This message sends the information about the signal-to-noise
ratio and signal strength frequency and bit rate from an MSK
(beacon) receiver. This message will be transmitted at the rate
set in the message $GPCAG,MSK.
CONTENTS OF DATA FIELDS
beacon bit rate (25, 50, 100, 200) bits per second
radiobeacon frequency, 285.5 to 325.0 kHz
signal-to-noise ration (SNR), dB
signal strength (SS), dB re: 1 uv/m
