Allowing TM 3.0 client access without constant server log in (optional)
TM windows and Web clients require an administrator account to be logged into the
server at all times, since it uses the identity of the logged-in user for access.
To allow TM 3.0 client access without logging into the server at all times, the following
configuration change for Windows server is required:
