Once the headlamps have been converted:

The headlamps must be reset to asymmetrical low
beam when you return from abroad.

lamps will automatically be adjusted when the
vehicle crosses the border into countries in which
tra c drives on the other side of the road and will
retain their full range of functions. If necessary,
the headlamps can also be adjusted manually in
the Low beam menu ( page 142).

headlamps and change it manually if necessary:

The various lighting systems of the vehicle are
only aids. The driver of the vehicle is responsible
for correct vehicle illumination in accordance with
the prevailing light and visibility conditions, legal
requirements and tra c situation.
