Verify the configuration

After completing the configuration, use the LEDs and commands to verify that the
configuration has been accepted.

Back up the configuration

HP recommends regular backups to ensure that a recent configuration is available for
downloading to a replacement switch, if required. For specific instructions about how to back
up the configuration, refer to the HP StorageWorks Fabric OS 5.0 procedures user guide.
Back up the switch configuration to an FTP server by typing configupload and following
the prompts. This command uploads the switch configuration to the server, making it available
for downloading to a replacement switch, if necessary.
