4-4-6. Checking 0 dB Adjustment

1. Turn OFF the CCD-IRIS switch on the rear panel of
the camera.
2. Shoot the all white pattern and adjust the lens iris so
that the CCD LEVEL is within the specification.
Subject : All white pattern
Measurement point : CN301, pin-1
CCD LEVEL/MB board
Equipment : Oscilloscope (AC 50 mV, 10 us)
: 300 ± 30 mV

3. Confirm that the A/D IN value (CN301, pin-2) is
within the specification.

If there is a point where the specification for step 3 is
satisfied while varying the lens iris within the specified

4-4-7. Checking Y Level Adjustment

1. Turn OFF the CCD-IRIS switch on the rear panel of
the camera.
2. Shoot the all white attern and adjust the lens iris so
that the VIDEO OUT image level is within the
specification.

Measurement point : Image level of VIDEO OUT
Equipment
: Waveform monitor
: 100 ± 2 IRE (SSC-DC314)
Specification
700 ± 15 mV (SSC-DC310P/DC318P)
3. Attach the ND filter (25 %).
4. Shoot the all white pattern. Check to see if the VIDEO
OUT image level is within the specification.
