Possible Solution
1. Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
2. Adjust stand feet to stabilize machine.
3. Inspect/replace belt (Page 33). Realign pulleys if
necessary
4. Secure pulley on shaft.
5. Tighten/replace.
6. Secure workpiece in vise (Page 32).
7. Fix/replace fan cover; replace loose/damaged fan.
8. Replace warped/damaged blade (Page 27) or grind
weld flush with blade.
9. Adjust/replace if at fault.
10. Test by rotating shaft; rotational grinding/loose shaft
requires bearing replacement.
11. Rebuild gearbox for bad gears/bearings.
1. Correct pump wiring connections (Page 48).
2. Fix broken wires or disconnected/corroded
connections (Page 48).
3. Replace switch.
4. Test/repair/replace.
Possible Solution
1. Tension blade (Page 28)/replace blade (Page 27).
2. Inspect/re-tighten component(s).
