Grizzly G0531B Owner's Manual

The Model G0531B/G0566B is the same as the Model G0566, except it has a magnetic brake motor, resaw
fence, and square fence rail. Besides the instructions, data sheet, circuit requirements, parts, and wiring
diagram in this insert, the content in the Model G0566 owner's manual is the same for both machines.
Before operating your new machine, you MUST read and understand this insert and the entire Model G0566
manual to reduce the risk of injury from improper use or setup.

Assembly
Qty The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
Tools Needed
Hex Wrenches 5, 6mm .................................1 Ea
Open-End Wrenches 10/13, 17/19mm .........1 Ea
To assemble machine:
1.
Remove cap screw, knobs, and washers that
hold fence rail to table, then remove rail.
2. Flip rail over and re-install with fasteners
removed in Step 1.

3. Install fence handle on fence.
