Direct access to link devices

The corresponding data is directly read or written from/to link devices of the RJ71GN11-T2 using the program.
Specify a link device as the link direct device (J\) for direct access.
The link special relay (SB) and link special register (SW) can be set using module label. ( Page 238 _D)
