of the data will be lost and will have to be man u al ly
pro grammed.
There are three different Passwords used, depending
on the circumstances, to change the Sales Order Data
as fol lows:
• Chiller Commissioning - Service Tech ni cian must
use password 1 3 8 0 to enter the Commissioning
Date and modify Job Name and Job Location if
nec es sary.
• Modifying Sales Order Data - Service Tech ni cian
must use the ADMIN pass word. This pass word
chang es dai ly. Contact your lo cal YORK Ser vice
Of fi ce.
• BRAM Replacement - If the BRAM (U52) is fi eld
re placed, the Ser vice Tech ni cian must use pass word
0 2 2 8 to enter all Sales Order Data into a new blank
BRAM. When logged in at this lev el, the ACCESS
LEV EL shown will be TEST OP. This pass word
only works with a blank BRAM and is only appli-
cable to chillers equipped with Flash Mem o ry Card
Ver sion C.MLM.01.01 and later.
When using this password to enter data
into a new blank BRAM, the FIN ISH
PAN EL SETUP pro ce dure (list ed at
the end of the entry pro ce dure be low)
must be per formed af ter all data has
been en tered. Fail ure to per form this
pro ce dure will re sult in un re li able
OptiView Con trol Cen ter op er a tion!
If this pro ce dure is per formed pri or
to en ter ing all data, the ability to enter
more data will be ter mi nat ed.
Use the following procedure to enter data:
1. At the keypad, log in at the appropriate Access
Lev el to change the desired values.
2. From the SETPOINTS Screen, select SET UP
SCREEN. From the SETUP Screen, select SALES
OR DER Screen.
3. If logged in at SERVICE Ac cess level, press SET
ORDER INFO key to en ter Com mis sion ing date, Job
Name or Location and proceed to step 4. If logged
in at ADMIN or TEST OP level, Press SE LECT
key to select the data category (OR DER, DE SIGN,
NAME PLATE, SYS TEM) to be en tered.

4. Press CHANGE key. The fi rst changeable area in
the selected cat e go ry will be outlined in a green
se lec tion box. The procedure can be ter mi nat ed
any time af ter this by pressing the CANCEL (X)
key.
5. Use the

keys to move the green se lec tion
box to the desired value to be changed, within the
category selected.
6. Press ENTER (✔) key.
7. Enter the appropriate data. Use the numeric key pad
keys to enter numbers. Use the • key to enter a dec i mal
point. Use the
and
up and down through the al pha bet to en ter let ters or
a comma (,), slash (/) or mi nus sign (-). Each time
the
key is pressed, the next high er se quen tial
alphabet letter is displayed. Each time the
is pressed, the next lower alphabet let ter is dis-
played. The com ma, slash and minus sign can be
selected after scrolling through the en tire al pha bet.
During the entry process, the ◄ key can be used to
back space and the ► key can be used to for ward
space.
8. Press ENTER (✔) key.
9. Use
and
keys to select another value to be
changed within the same category or press CAN-
CEL (X) key to exit and allow selection of an oth er
cat e go ry.
10. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! If the pro ce dure
above was performed using password 0 2 2 8 to
enter data into a new blank BRAM, the following
pro ce dure must be performed after all the desired
data is entered. If the fol low ing procedure is per-
formed prior to en ter ing all of the data, the ability to
enter more data will be terminated. Failure to per-
form this procedure after all data has been en tered
will result in unreliable OptiView Control Center

a. On SALES ORDER screen, press FINISH
PANEL SETUP key.
b. Use ◄ and ► key to select YES.
c. Press ENTER (✔) key.
CUSTOM USER ID AND PASSWORDS
When logging in, the user is requested to enter a User
ID, followed by a Password. The universal and De fault
User ID is zero (0). The universal Pass word to log in
at OP ER A TOR access level is 9 6 7 5. The uni ver sal
Pass word to log in at SER VICE ac cess lev el is 1 3 8 0.
No log in is required for VIEW ac cess level. How ev er,
if de sired, the service technician can es tab lish up to four
