If you change Response Rate it resets the following parameters: LOE Timer, Fill Rate, and
Empty Rate.
Use a setting just faster than the maximum filling or emptying rate (whichever is greater).
Slower settings provide higher accuracy and a smoother output signal: faster settings allow
for more level fluctuation.
