DRAM RAS# Precharge
This item controls the number of cycles for Row Address Strobe (RAS) to be
allowed to precharge. If insufficient time is allowed for the RAS to accumu-
late its charge before DRAM refresh, refresh may be incomplete and DRAM
may fail to retain data. This item applies only when synchronous DRAM is
installed in the system. Available settings: 4, 3, 2 (clocks).
Memory Frequency For
Use this item to configure the clock frequency of the installed DRAMs.
Options: Auto, DDR 266, DDR333, DDR320, DDR400.
DRAM Data Integrity Mode
Select ECC (Error-Correcting Cod e) or Non-ECC accord ing to the t ype of
installed DRAM.
Floppy Disk Access Control
This enables or disables the write protection for floppy drive. Setting
options: R/W, Read Only.

OnChip IDE Device
Press <Enter> to enter the following sub-menu screen.
IDE HDD Bl ock Mode
This allows your hard disk controller to use the fast block mode to transfer
data to and from t he hard d isk drive. Block mode is als o called blo ck
transfer, multiple commands or multiple sector read/write. Enabled enables
IDE controller to use block mo de; Disab led allows the contro ller to use
standard mode.
