Change the connection paths of the input signal lines. (Separate them from sources of
noise or use shielded cable.)

terminals.

The CS1W-PPS01 Isolated-type Pulse Input Unit provides up to four pulses
from a device such as a displacement flowmeter, and sends scaled instanta-
neous values (pulses/time unit) to the CPU Unit each cycle.
