1. Open the battery door. Insert the battery
pack into the product. Make sure that the
latch on the battery pack clicks in place,
and that the battery pack is secured
before operating the product. Insert the
safety key. Close the battery door.
NOTE: The product does not start without
the safety key. Ensure that the safety key
is installed in the product.
2. Raise the rear door, and remove the
grass catcher.
3. Raise the rear door. Insert the mulching
plug into the rear discharge opening.
Ensure that the mulching plug is secured,
then lower the rear door.
NOTE: The mulching plug covers the rear
discharge opening to allow the blade to
cut and recut for finer clipppings.
4. Press the start button, then squeeze and
hold either side of the on/off triggers to
start the product. Release the start button
and keep holding the on/off triggers to
keep using the product.
5. Release the on/off trigger to stop the
product.
