Symptoms
Is "Off" lit on the control panel?
If yes, the "Ice-making" mode has been
turned off.

Push it beyond the "Container set position" line.
Remove it from the Ice Case.
Remove some ice.
The inside is not cooled down enough.
Minimize the opening and closing frequency of the doors until it is entirely cooled.
Allow enough spacing between each item of stored food.
Ice making takes more than 4 hours during winter. Refrain
from opening and closing the doors frequently and wait.
Ice-making may take awhile to start after settings has been made.
Refrain from opening and closing the doors frequently and wait.
Remove the food and close the door.
Deactivate " Energy Saving " mode.
This is caused by frozen water collected in the ice tray grooves.
It is not a fault.
Old ice cubes naturally shrink and stick together. There is no problem
as long as the ice cubes can be separated with the ice scoop.
Reduce the frequency of opening and closing of door,
or open/close the door quickly.
Close the door tightly.
When water is low, small ice cubes may be made. Add water until water level
reaches the "Container full line" of the Water Supply Tank.
Water accumulated in the ice tray grooves may freeze and the
ice cubes may adhere together. It does not indicate any fault.
This is due to the air bubble formed in the ice.
The minerals contained in the water may freeze and turn
white, but this is harmless.
Activate "Off" mode.
