Door alarm

If you open one of the doors for 1 minute or more, a there will be a beeping sound to indicate that the door is open.
The door alarm function works with the Refrigerator Compartment, Ice Compartment, Upper Selectable Compartment and Lower
Selectable Compartment. (It does not work with the Freezer Compartment.)

Pressing the button has no effect when the operation panel lamp is blinking. Close the door then press the button again.

Volume adjustment of door alarm and operation sound

You can adjust the door alarm and operation sounds louder, or you can mute it.
The default setting is "Standard".
Press and hold
for 3 seconds or longer until you hear a beep sound.
The operation sound volume can be switched to "Standard", "Loud", or "Off".
Repeatedly change the setting to choose the volume level you prefer
(see table below).

by combining three types of deodorizing materials.

It is not possible to adjust the door alarm and
the operation sound to different volume levels.
When the sound is turned off, the operation
panel lamp will not blink while the door
alarm is active.
Even if the volume is set to "Off", the "Ice

Maker Cleaning" alarm will sound.
The setting returns to "Standard" after the power
