WHAT TO DO IF
UPDATING THE SYSTEM
If a problem occurs when attempting to perform a system update, refer to the following table.
Symptom
"No server response. " is displayed and software
cannot be downloaded.
"The software install failed. " is displayed.

Cause
The vehicle may be in an area having weak
communication signals.
An error occurred at the server. (Server cannot
respond temporarily due to maintenance, etc.)
Software installation may have failed or an error
of unidentified cause may have occurred.
Solution
Move the vehicle to an area where
communication signals can be received
normally. If it is still not possible to download,
contact your SUBARU dealer.
Wait for the server to return to normal. If it is still
not possible to download, contact your SUBARU
dealer.
