TROUBLESHOOTING
This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized
Service Representative should correct any electrical problems. For
warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor.
General Functions
Symptoms
1 . Function are not
working.

'A. A power failure occurred.

disconnected.

correct the symptom.
A. Screws and nuts are loose. A. Tighten the screws and nuts

Recommended Action
A. Wait until the power is
restored.
8. Insert the power cord into
an electrical outlet.
C. Reset the GFCI and locate
the problem.
D. Contact seat detecting
zone.
E. Place product within
ambient temperature for some
time.
F. Contact a Kohler Service
Representative.

A. Adjust sit gesture. No
isolation between skin and
seat, such as pants etc.
B. Turn off power supply,
eliminate water supply failure,
reload power.

activated when ambient light
goes down.
