2. When installing the Shift Motor Ass'y, position it properly,
using holes in the mount plate and then fix it with screws

3. Route the cable of the Up SW behind the mount plate.

4. After installing the Shift Motor Ass'y, apply thread lock to

2 screws marked [
]. (Fig. 8)
Inspection after installation
After completion of assembly and repair, check the following
items for proper operation of the Shift Motor.
1. The Lens Shift moves up and down smoothly.
2. Move the Lens Shift up. When it reaches the uppermost
position, the Limit Switch should turn on and the Motor
should stop after a few seconds.
3. Move the Lens Shift down. When it reaches the lower-
most position, the limit switch should turn on and the motor
should stop after a few seconds.
If the Lens Shift does not move up and down smoothly
• Installation may be faulty. Reinstall the Shift Motor Ass'y.
• If the Motor keeps running even when a few seconds have
elapsed after the upper or lower limit switch turned on, it
is possible that the limit switch itself is defective or it is not
installed properly.
4 Removal of DC Fan

2. シフトモーターAss yを取り付ける際、下のマウント部
の穴とズレがないよう位置だしをしてから
定します。 （Fig. 8, 11）
3. Up SWスイッチのケーブルの引き回しは、マウント部の
裏側を通してください。 （Fig. 9）
4. シフトモーターAss yを取り付け後、
ジロックをしてください。 （Fig. 8）

取り付け後の確認
組立、修理完了後、シフトモーターの動作を確認します。
1. レンズシフトが上下にスムーズに動くこと。
2. 上に動かして、突き当たったところでリミットスイッチ
がONし、2〜3秒後にモーターが停止すること。
3. 下に動かして、突き当たったところでリミットスイッチ
がONし、2〜3秒後にモーターが停止すること。
レンズシフトが上下にスムーズに動かない場合
・ 取り付けがずれていますので、取り付け直します。
・ 上または下のリミットスイッチがONした後2〜3秒経過
してもなおモーターが回転し続ける場合は、リミットス
イッチ不良またはリミットスイッチの取り付けミスが考
えられます。
