Initializing one-touch tuning

Servo parameters to be initialized
Initialize one-touch tuning to restore the setting value of the following servo parameters to the factory setting.
In addition, [Pr. PA08.0 Gain adjustment mode selection] will be automatically changed to "1" (Auto tuning mode 1).
