How to Cook in Water Reservoir (Cooking Plate)
Burn Hazard. Always use oven mitts to protect hands when opening the egg cooker. Escaping steam and hot water remaining under

the lid can burn.

NOTE: Lid is not recommended when cooking in Water Reservoir.
1. Plug into outlet.
2. Press top of ON/OFF (I/ ) Switch to
turn on. Red Power Light and green
Cooking Light will illuminate and
heating will start.
Tip: Water Reservoir/Cooking Plate may be used to cook small servings of vegetables.

3. Beat 1 or 2 large eggs. Spray
inside of Reservoir with nonstick
cooking spray.
4. Using a heatproof plastic or
wooden utensil, cook chopped
onions, peppers, or precooked
meats (bacon, ham, or sausage) in
cooking surface. Add beaten eggs
to make an omelet or scrambled
eggs. Cooking Light will cycle on
and off.
5. When egg mixture is cooked,
press bottom of ON/OFF (I/ )
Switch to turn off. Unplug and
remove food. Use an oven
mitt when handling Base and
removing food.
