Troubleshooting

A connected device is not charging (the white operating LED 8
on the car/USB adapter 0 does not light up)
No connection to the cigarette lighter . Check the connection .

Depending on the vehicle type, it is possible that the ignition has to be

switched on first .
The white operating LED 8 goes out after a device has been
connected
The car/USB adapter 0 is overloaded and will no longer charge con-
♦
nected devices . The internal overcurrent protection has been triggered .
Disconnect all connected devices from the car/USB adapter 0 .
The white operating LED 8 lights up immediately and the car/USB
adapter 0 is ready for use again .
The mobile phone is not charging (the white LED 3 does not
light up)
No connection to the cigarette lighter . Check the connection .

Depending on the vehicle type, it is possible that the ignition has to

The white LED 3 flashes rapidly after a mobile phone has been
placed in the car cradle
The mobile phone is not compatible with Qi induction charging

technology and cannot be charged . Use a suitable adapter to charge
your mobile phone by induction charging .
Some mobile phones need to be taken out of their case for charging .
