Label/Color Description
10/100-Mbps Router connection to the local Ethernet network. This
ETHERNET port autosenses the speed (10 or 100 Mbps) and duplex
(yellow) mode (full or half) of the device to which it is connected
and then operates at the same speed and in the same
duplex mode.
AUX Modem connection for remote configuration using
(black) Cisco IOS software.
CONSOLE Terminal or PC connection for local configuration using
(light blue) Cisco IOS software.
