Heart Rate Monitor Info
Access：If turn on the HR monitor function, press
the UP button two times in watch mode to access.
To turn on the heart rate monitoring information,
go to Settings > Set System > Heartbeat > HR
Monitor, and select On.
The watch will automatically measure your
heartbeat every 5 minutes when this function is

turned on, and you can monitor the change of
heart rate within 4 hours.
