AC input voltage is greater than 85V.
AC input voltage is falling below 85V. Verify that AC input voltage to
the power supply is above 85V.
AC input voltage is less than 70V or the power supply is off.
LED is on for 2–3 seconds to test LED function at power up.
DC output voltage is outside the minimum or maximum voltage
limits.
DC output voltage is within the minimum and maximum voltage
limits.
Both fans are working properly.
One or both fans are not working properly or have failed.
