Verify harness connections between UI board and MC
Board
board.
Check thermistor, harness and connectors.
Check to see if the pressure sensor is plugged in, if
so, then most likely the pressure sensor is out of range,
thus replace the pressure sensor. If this doesn't work,
most likely the wire harness has a short somewhere.
Check the harness on the pressure sensor and make
sure it is plugged in. If not, replace the pressure sensor.
Leak detected. Check for water leak, repair as needed.
Once leak is repaired, drain water in pan, and dry
sensor.
Entering Circulate Test or Heater Test will reset the
CSM. Always check the following before replacing the
main control. Inspect exposed heater (some models)
for splits, cracks or zippering, replace if needed. Fill
and run Circulate Test several times to look for leaks.
Run Heater Test and drain.
Check diverter sensor plug (red) properly connected to
diverter. Check water level. If low, correct the water
level issue. Use clear door, run "Operate Loads –
Circulation Pump Test"*. If the position never changes
when selecting each wash area, then replace the
diverter. If the position changes every 5 to 15 seconds
when selecting a single wash area, then replace the
diverter and DC harness.
*Diverter may cycle up to 3 times before finding its
selected wash area.
Not used. Ignore fault.
Not used. Ignore fault.
Check thermistor, wiring and connections.
Check thermistor, wiring and connections.
Check for harness and connections problems to
turbidity sensor. Replace the turbidity sensor.
Circulation pump failure. Replace circulation pump and
replaceable fuse located on the MC board.
Replace drain pump and replaceable fuse located on
MC board.
Replace fuse in fuse holder located on MC board. In
Service Mode, operate the circulation pump and then
drain pump to test. If the fuse blows again when testing
either pump, replace the faulty pump.
Review Training Bulliten TB11-20
Check that thermistor harness is plugged in. Check
