Maintenance Schedule
After 200 operating hours or once a
year
1 Check the machine plug, cable and
switch housing.
2 Check cable connections.
3 Check the electrical components.
4 Clean the water filter in the fresh
water tank.
5 Check the valve on the fresh water
tank.
6 Check and lubricate the articulating
joints.
7 Check the swivel mechanism of the
push handle.
8 Clean the water distributor bar.
9 Check brush/pads for wear and
tear.
10 Check brush arm.
11 Check toothed belt.
12 Check the transport wheels and
grease the axles.
13 Clean the air intake of the brush mo-
tor.
14 Check the brush motor.
15 Check the water pump with clear
water.
16 Check status and correct seating of
all seals.
17 Check the water system for leaks.
18 Visually check the entire machine.
19 Check the function of the entire ma-
chine.
20 Check the sliding surface of the
brushes for wear, replace if re-
quired.
Every 600 operating hours
1 Replace geared belt in the brush
head.
2 Check the brush drive bearing, re-
place if required.
