Control the WiFi Network Broadcast

The extender wireless antennas automatically broadcast a WiFi signal. You can disable WiFi
in the extender, or leave WiFi enabled but prevent the extender from broadcasting a signal.
When the extender WiFi is enabled and it does not broadcast a signal, that creates a hidden
network. Hidden networks do not display in the lists of available networks that your computer
or WiFi devices find. To connect to a hidden network, you must know the WiFi network name
and password and manually enter them instead of finding and selecting a WiFi network.
To control the WiFi network broadcast:
1.
On your computer, launch a web browser.
2.
In the address field of your browser, enter http://www.mywifiext.net.
You are prompted to enter a user name and password. If you do not see the login prompt,
make sure to include http:// when you type http://www.mywifiext.net in your browser.
3.
Type admin for the user name and password for the password.
