Start-up button (02_41, 02_42)

Press the button and the starter motor spins the engine.
CAUTION
FIVE SECONDS AFTER THE ENGINE IS STARTED, THIS BUTTON CAN BE USED
AS "MAPPING SELECTION" BUTTON.
