RTC (real-time clock) battery

3–5 years.
Printer will not print.
Solution
1. Unit is in an exceedingly
hot environment. Let it
cool down.
2. Ensure computer air vents
are not blocked and
internal fan is running.
Replace cover or access
panel, and let the computer
cool down before attempting
to turn on power to the
computer.

Specialist.
Solution
First, reset the date and time
in your operating system. If
the problem persists, replace
the RTC battery. Contact a
Compaq Support Specialist.
If you encounter printer
problems, refer to the

with your printer.
