4. Cover and store in a dry, well-
ventilated area out of reach of
children.
5. Before starting the engine after
storage, keep in mind that untreated
gasoline will deteriorate quickly.
a. Place a container below the carbure-
tor bowl and drain the fuel from the
fuel tank and carburetor bowl.
b. Discard the drained fuel properly as
per local ordinance.
c. Change to fresh fuel if untreated
gasoline has been sitting for a
month, if treated gasoline has been
sitting beyond the fuel stabilizer's
recommended time period, or if the
engine does not start properly.
