Registering a Sub Address Box

Up to 20 Sub Address Boxes can be registered.
NOTE
If user login administration is enabled, you can only edit destinations in the Address Book by logging in with
administrator privileges.

Display the screen.
[System Menu/Counter] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Document Box] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key >
[Sub Address Box] > [OK] key > [▲] [▼] key > [Detail/Edit] > [OK] key
Create a sub address box.

[Menu] > [▲] [▼] key > [Add Box] > [OK] key

Enter the sub address using the numeric keys.
NOTE
You can use up to 20 digits including the numbers from 0 to 9, ' (space)', '#' and '*'
characters to enter a sub address.

Select the [OK] key.

Enter the box name using the numeric keys.
NOTE
Up to 32 characters can be entered.

Select the [OK] key.

Enter a box number.
NOTE
You can set any value between 01 and 20.
Select the [▲] or [▼] key or the numeric keys to enter a number.

Select the [OK] key.

To finish the registration of a box, select [Exit] > [OK] key.
To register further box information, select [Detail] > [OK] key.
Proceed to next step.
